HISTORY

The First National Bank was organized in 1864 by A.W. Blaine, one of the pioneer families of North East, along with Amos Gould, John McCord and William Griffith.Blaine's son, George W. Blaine, was one of the principal founders of the First National Bank of North East in 1873.
