HISTORY

The Holliday family is one of the very oldest families of Springfield Township, with Captain Samuel Holliday settling in this area in 1796. He was known to be one of the first settlers in this section of the township and it is for him that the street, Holliday Road was given the name. This two story brick house, listed under the name of George Holliday, has also been lived in by the Miles Holliday family.
